Hey there! We’re Dasha, Kate, and Izzy — the women (and dog) behind all this creative chaos. 🐶✨
Dasha is a serial entrepreneur with a knack for turning big ideas into reality. Kate is a recent immigrant chasing her American dream, bringing fresh perspective and tons of creative energy. We’re both moms — together we juggle three kids, two cats, and one very spoiled Aussie dog (hi, Izzy!).
Before we teamed up, we each spent over 10 years working in marketing and content production on our own. But two years ago, after years of friendship, we decided it was time to combine forces — and that’s how Shutter Sonic was born.
Today, Shutter Sonic is a full-service creative studio trusted by over 200 brands, delivering everything from viral TikToks to polished brand campaigns. With Izzy as our four-legged mascot (and sometimes star), we bring heart, strategy, and a lot of laughter to every project.
